Summary
Pantheon is a learning and network event for contractors, put on by ServiceTitan as one of the biggest event conferences for the trades industry. The event was hosted at the Orlando Marriott World Center.

This event was intended to celebrate the company’s audiences from the residential and commercial services industry.—investors and customers, new products and features, and provide educational experience while capitalizing on audience momentum to attract prospects. The show offered 6 keynotes, 76 breakout sessions, and an epic Titan Appreciation party with the grammy-nominated band, OneRepublic, as headliner.

Alonside the ServiceTitan creative team, Brand Studio, I contributed to tackling the challenge of branding and designing all collateral for the show. Our goal was to form messaging around our prospects feeling empowered, imporant, and excited. We wanted the event to express gratitude towards customers for being a part of the ServiceTitan journey.

Event Theme
“Journey to the Top” became the theme. Key messages were visualized into abstract, geometric visuals and wayfinding elements like arrows and compasses. Texture was created through pattern repetition to narrate the journeys built into the success of customers. It was crucial that event identity was easily scalable when producing hundreds of assets due to the limited time of 2 months to put on this entire event.

Designing for High-level Business Segments
In particular, I contributed to the brand identity and designed hotel branding and spearheaded booth design for high-level business segments like Fintech and Pro Products, which drove $5 million in sales for for the company in the last 3 years. 

Deliverables included numerous printables, meter boards, social media assets, website pop-ups, and emails.

Results
Pantheon 2023 resulted in 3,200 total registrants, 2,900 total attendees, and $1.5M from sponsorships & ticket sales. The event was a major success and garnered positive feedback from ServiceTitan employees, customers, and prospects.

Pro Products
ServiceTitan’s Pro Products business segment has driven more than $5 million in sales for ServiceTitan in the last 3 years. I had the pleasure of spearheading booth design for Pro Products teams.

I also worked on the booth for FinTech, along with demo stations and gator boards that were part of multiple booths at the event.

Experiental design and wayfinding


The Orlando Mariott World Center was a colossal, grand venue. Our team incorporated wayfinding into our hotel branding so that attendees would be able to navigate their way through the event and find specific breakout rooms and keynote sessions that they wanted to attend.

                               








03 suppoting assets

Supporting assets and generating hype


Booths needed collateral such as handouts, printables, table stands, iPad kiosks, and gator boards to cohesively tie marketing initiatives to the Pantheon’s visual identity. Additionally, I worked on digital marketing assets such as social media ads, emails, and web pop-ups to build anticipation for Pantheon.
