Schedule Engine is a software platform that streamlines booking and scheduling for contractors in the trades industry. I built a brand library in Figma and redesigned the UI of dashboard screens.

Dashboard screens and building a brand library for Schedule Engine.
Following an acquisition by ServiceTitan, Schedule Engine’s product was newly integrated into the ServiceTitan platform through an upsell feature called Scheduling Pro. Product marketing needed product visuals and a video animation to promote the integration.
My goal was to redesign Schedule Engine’s product features with UI that aligned with ServiceTitan’s brand and product identity. I audited the Schedule Engine brand identity to build a brand library in Figma. This allowed the design team and I to efficiently produce redesigns of the mobile and web features for marketing purpose.
Issue Details
Customers can search for specific issue types using the mobile app. Use video and photo uploads to help Schedule Engine assign the best technician for the job.
Schedule Engine allows customers to chat with representatives, book time on a calendar, confirm booking details and get issues fixed by a contractor right away.
Customers can define issues on the web, schedule time to meet with a technician, and receive details of the booking.
Representatives can search for or view jobs and customers within their database, with access and insight to comprehensive overviews of jobs and reports. The Live Chat feature enables customer communication.
Dispatchers using Schedule Engine experience streamlined operations when they use the product to assign the best technician to a specific jobs and provide a detailed job overview.
