ServiceTitan is a software platform for residential and commercial contractors in the trades industry. As part of an upsell strategy for marketing efforts, I designed new illustrations for the user login screen of the ServiceTitan platform.
Goal
My goal was to create an illustration system that easily scaled for design production, while showcasing the company’s array of Pro Products in a bright, fun, and abstract way. The color palette from Anvil Design System (the design system of the core ServiceTitan product) was used to create vibrancy. Floating UI elements and supplemental visual elements such as graphs, screwheads, tools, and coins, and wrenches allude to the trades industry and the value propositions for each specific Pro Product.
Within the first week of implementing the new designs, analysis showed an uptick in leads for the Integrated Financing Pro Product. Success will be monitored through lead velocity for potential upsells.
