Women’s History Month Zoom Backgrounds

For Women’s History Month, I designed a Zoom campaign for the Women of ServiceTitan, an employee resource group, to celebrate the the wonderful achievements of women during Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day in the month of March.
With generous room for creativity and guidance to incorporate the Women of ServiceTitan’s logo and brand colors. I came up with illustrative ideas, inspired by the beautiful art of Paulina Almira. They centered around International Women’s Day, highlighting women supprorting each other, typography, and placing women at the epicenter.
Flat illustrations, gradient fills, and subtle noise highlight the representation of women in the form of butterflies. They illuminate each scene as a synonym for the freedom of women to fly with autonomy. The butterfly symbol was used cohesively across the campaign. Colors from Anvil Design System (the design system of ServiceTitan’s core product) were also pulled to relate back to ServiceTitan while adding to effervescent environments in each background.
Support and awareness for Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day was effectively made in the month of March. These backgrounds were used by many women and allies across the organization, and made a significant feature at a company all hands meeting when used by C-level executives
