Schedule Engine Product Marketing
Building a UI library through acquisition.
Schedule Engine is a software platform that streamlines booking and scheduling for contractors in the trades industry. Following an acquisition by ServiceTitan, Schedule Engine’s product was newly integrated into the ServiceTitan platform through an upsell feature called Scheduling Pro.
I refreshed the UI design of the screens to create
product marketing visuals promote the integration on web pages, organic social, and emails. Schedule Engine’s previous brand identity was audited in order to build a new brand library that aligned with ServiceTitan branding. This scaled production for design teams when creating new product visuals
Mobile: Issue DetailsCustomers search for specific issue types using the mobile app. Video and photo uploads help Schedule Engine assign the best technician for the job.
Mobile: Booking and SchedulingSchedule Engine allows customers to chat with representatives, book time on a calendar, confirm booking details and get issues fixed by a contractor right away.
Web: Booking and SchedulingCustomers can define issues on the web, schedule time to meet with a technician, and receive details of the booking.
Web: Chats and Calls
Representatives can search for or view jobs and customers within their database, with access and insight to comprehensive overviews of jobs and reports. The Live Chat feature enables customer communication.
Web: DispatchingDispatchers using Schedule Engine experience streamlined operations when they use the product to assign the best technician to a specific jobs and provide a detailed job overview.
