Creating a foundational brand design system and component library within Figma.
ServiceTitan’s in-house creative branding team specializes in corporate and enterprise branding, with an emphasis on marketing initiatives. After multiple brand acquisitions, a push to standardize and optimize workflows became the priority for a growing creative team with increase project volume. I spearheaded the development and maintainance of the evolving component libraries, brand design systems, templates, and documented guidelines in Figma.

This system is a culmination of requirements and use-cases from designers, copywriters, marketers, and email developers.
As a result, the brand design system has proven driven scalability, faster workflows, brand consistency, clear usage expectations, better collabation, and a centralized view of all assets and channel placements — leading to more time for strategy and creativity.

Others have adopted the system and are making contributions to the component library. What started as planting the seeds of a design garden, became a communal ecosystem.
